OUR MEDICAL CLINIC IS EXPANDING

Our medical clinic is housed in the Community Center. It is staffed by two trained nurses and serves over 800 children and adults from over 400 EACT families every year. The services provided by the clinic include a health awareness program, particularly a programto educate young women, men and children about HIV/AIDS and reproductive health. Specialist consultations are arranged periodically either in person or via a web conference.

In 2011 our goal is to expand the clinic. Thanks to a generous grant from Mr. and Mrs. Barry Holgate, we have purchased land for the expanded clinic. We are now in the process of raising funds to build the facility itself. When it is completed, the expanded facility will provide medical and dental services.
